I LOVE those clogs and really wanted them to work for me, but they only offer them in the wider width, and my feet were swimming in them. I bet these would take off if they offered them in the medium/narrow width. I ended up ordering the Boston EVA clogs for the garden because they offer them in the narrower width and they have the strap on top to tighten them down, but they're not as ideal for gardening.

They have them in person in their store in Windham, NY, which among other things kind of makes me wish I never left New York state.
I have the same problem -- Hunter has slimmer fit clogs in the same yummy color! (Very comfortable -- I bought them post-appendectomy, when I couldn't bend over to put on shoes for awhile -- and highly recommend.)
OMG I LOVE my white plastic (?) birki clogs. I bought them for dog walking when I just cannot be bothered tying laces and have ended up wearing them everywhere. I recommend looking for discounted seconds - I got mine for $50 AUD because there is a fault (somewhere? I have looked for the fault and found none)
I enjoyed removing a few random bushy plants, not even sure what they were, that came with our home and had become woody and almost invasive. I freed up so much space, both physical garden space and mental space of every time I looked at them I said something negative about them. Sorry plants lol. Now I have lots of room for cosmos, sunflowers and other random seeds that I scatter around with my kid. Would love to know what you replace the lavender with!
Yes! Removing some old thing that came with your house can be so freeing — like we’re allowed to change somebody else’s choices from however many years ago! Still pondering the lavender replacement… possibly something like hostas or mountain mint, which I know thrive in my shady conditions. But would love a flower there too so we’ll see!
I keep reading this as lavender pants. But I did recently finally pull out a dead banksia (Australian plant, cool blooms and seed heads but this had been dead for …. a while now). And now I am pleased every time I look in that corner of the garden.

Ooh I haven’t tried them but the Italian clogs are so good and they do look narrower than the Birks!

Those clogs are cute! I just bought the Birkenstock Boston EVAs…might have to consider these, as well.
