Corinne and I recorded your November Indulgence Gospel last week and one of your questions was: “What’s your weekly screen time?” You’re going to have to wait for the episode to hear our answers… but let’s just say we both broke out in a cold sweat just THINKING about looking up that number.
I spend much less time on social media apps than I used to, ever since abandoning Twitter and quiet quitting Instagram. But I still look at my phone… all the time.
