I absolutely cannot hear these things too often. My 3yo is a frustratingly picky eater and the pediatrician at least mentions her weight and diet every annual exam. I tried a picky eating course a year ago, and it made me feel even more insane. This podcast is the reassurance I need that if she's constantly eating fruit and pb&j, THAT'S OKAY.
