Ahaha, yes! I actually do measure a bit for proportions/flavor, just not to track nutrition. So it's 14-16 ounces of milk (any kind), a big spoonful of peanut butter, a cup of frozen berries, and 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder. Blend like heck and enjoy!
Virginia, if you happen to see this comment at this late date (December 6, 2023), I would love to know what brand of chocolate protein powder you use. I've looked online at various kinds, but often the reviews describe them as chalky and not very chocolaty. After being diagnosed with osteoporosis (caused, in large part, by years of restrictive eating, I believe), I've been trying to eat more protein, and smoothies seem like a relatively easy way to up my intake. Kind regards.
I know you said you donโt measure out ingredients, butโฆ Can we get an approximate recipe for that smoothie? ๐๐๐ป

Hi! I use Orgain! Ignore all the BS diet culture nonsense on the label. It is tasty and blends well!
Thank you so much for replying (and so quickly)! I will look up Orgain (Iโd never heard of this brand before now).
